Monday nights will be Sports Nights at CEDA's afterschool club in 2010. As I blog, our dynamic Sports and Activities Leader - Howard Hoskins - is liaising with various venues to create an exciting programme of accessible exercise. Disabled children from 5 upwards are welcome.
